10 supine leg swings
10 RDL/Clean deadlifts
15 band pull aparts
10 push-ups/ballistic push-ups
10 kettlebell swings
10 TTB or KTE
Bench Press-20 minutes: warm-up and build to
a 1RMPart
Deadlift-20 minutes warm-up and build to
a 1RM
Death by sit-ups
1st minute: do 2 sit-ups
2nd minute: do 4 sit-ups
3rd minute: do 6 sit-ups
Keep going until you can't get the
required number of sit-ups
done within the minute alotted
