4 rounds for time:

2 minutes Max calorie bike

2 rope climbs


Score is calories/seconds. Higher ratio wins


2 minutes to max out calories on

the bike following each round by

2 rope climb. Competitive athletes

will have to do some math here to

compare scores. Take the total

number of calories burned on the

bike and divide by the total number

of seconds needed to complete the

workout. It's really just a work calculation.

Highest ratio wins!
