As many of you know, we at Lift Milwaukee are huge mental health advocates. With that in mind we are rolling out a 6 week program with our intern Rachel that is focused on managing stress.
This is a 6 week program beginning this Sunday, February 12th at 11:15 AM, also offering a session on Monday the 13th at 5:45pm. Each week's session lasts about 45 minutes and is designed to not only identify the stressors of our everyday lives but also offer strategies to manage those stressors.
This is free to anyone in the Lift community and sign ups for the sessions will be on the calendar to sign up and reserve your spot. Besides the benefit of potentially improving on how you deal with stress, you'll also be helping our wonderful intern Rachel as she works towards her degree.
