We hope everyone is having a great summer.
Given the demands, we are going to be changing our summer schedule for the time being in order to continue to efficiently support our mission, effective this Monday, July 17.
These changes are temporary, subject to change depending on demand and are strategic in order to remain competitive in the market.
First things first, we are going to be streamlining our daily schedule by temporarily dropping a few classes. We understand this may be difficult for some to make their schedule work but is being done in order to most efficiently offer the best coaching and classes to you. As of Monday moving forward we will not be offering 4:45AM Breakfast Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30AM Boot camp Monday through Friday and Noon CrossFit on Monday through Friday. Effective immediately we will no longer be offering a Sunday Yoga program but are open to bringing it back in the near future.
We want to stress that these changes are temporary and we may bring back these class times in the future should the demand call for it. As always, open gym will also be available with access to our daily programming (including our new Mayhem programming for our CrossFit community members) from 5:30AM until close.
We also have some huge news to announce! We will be combining our 22Fit and Hiit classes which we are now rebranding as 22Hiit! The goal is to create a more broad spectrum of customers and to continue to offer new challenges. Each class will still be a hiit style offering varying intensity levels and scaling options for all levels of fitness.
The other piece of great news in regards to this merger is that all customers who were on the Hiit Unlimited class package will now be charged just $69 monthly starting August 1st! Community members with 12 & 8 class/month packages will also be adjusted to the new pricing tier. Message Jacob if you have any questions.
Finally, we are announcing a new daily class to take the place of our old 22Fit class at 6:45PM called 22CHIP. This class will be a daily chipper style endurance based workout that will also be scaled for all levels of fitness with numerous scaling options. All LIFT community members are eligible for this class. We are very excited to roll this out for all of you and hope you’re up for the challenge.
