add a rep each round)

1 Plate Ground to overhead

1 lunge each leg (holding plate if possible)

Station 2 (same format as station)

1 shuttle run

1 burpee

1 kettle bell swing

1 goblet squat

Station 3 (same format)

1 weighted step up (each leg)

1 renegade row (each side)

1 bicep curl

1 single leg v up (each side)


2 rounds

1 min wall sit

1 min plank
