Say hello to our LFT MKE Lead Instructor:

Lift For The 22 is proud to announce our Lead Instructor, and Nutritionist.

Danielle Melotte CF-L2, WAG Certified, USAW-L1

Danielle joins LFT MKE as a CF-L2 trainer after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science from Benedictine University (BenU) in 2018 & Masters of Education at Carthage College in 2020. While at BenU she played collegiate soccer for four years, earning Freshman All-Conference and Conference Player of the Week as well as Offensive MVP awards, leading the team in goals and assists. She then went on to a Graduate Assistant position with Carthage College where she was an assistant coach for the Women’s soccer program. During her time there, she worked as an assistant strength & conditioning coach where she worked with men’s and women’s soccer as well as men’s and women’s lacrosse.

She comes from a family with heavy Military background/presence, with her fathers side representing the Navy reserves, her mother being a retired Us Air force MSgt of 21 years, and aunts, uncles and grandparents holding ranks in both the Air Force and the Army as CMSgt, Warrant Officer, and Sgt's with combined total of 70+ years of service within the family. She has a very energetic personality and determined mind-set and won't let anyone give up on themselves when it comes to a challenge/obstacle in their way. With a good sense of humor, passion for the sport and fitness, she’ll make the hardest workouts something you look forward to crushing whenever they come up.

Additionally, Danielle has a strong passion for Olympic weightlifting (holds USAW-L1) and has been a huge advocate and promoter of CrossFit since she found her love for it in 2014. She also holds her nutrition certification as a WAG (Working Against Gravity) nutrition coach.

Lift is excited to offer free nutrition counseling to all Veterans and their family at no cost. Visit us online and schedule your one-on-today.
